Oiltreated, to maintaine a good surface, make sure to rub in some vegetable oil (or parafine oil for cuttingboards) every 2-3 weeks during the first year. Never clean in dishwasher! Meat juice trench on one side, the other side totally flat.30x40x4 cm.
